Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What is your fee?
Our therapists charge $135 for individual sessions and $155 for couples and families. We will work with those who don't have insurance on a sliding scale fee. The amount of the sliding scale fee is determined on a case by case basis.
2. What insurance do you accept?
Each of our therapists are paneled with a variety of different insurance companies. We will submit claims to all insurance for you. Clients are encouraged to call their insurance companies to find out what their out-of-network benefit for policies with which we are not paneled. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare and Medicaid. We will, however, give you the necessary paperwork to submit your own claims.
All of our therapists are eligible to work as in-network Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HMO Illinois providers. If this is not one of your insurance providers, ask at your first phone call how we work with your insurance network.
3. How long will I come for therapy?
The length of therapy varies from person to person. Our therapists work with each client they see to set specific goals so that therapy results are as measurable as possible. This way, the client will have a sense for him or herself of when it is time to be done.
4. How often should I go?
Initially, it is most helpful to go for a session once each week. After substantial progress has been made, many clients reduce their schedule to bi-weekly. Several of our clients simply call when they feel like they need to come in after they have met their initial goals.
5. What are our hours?

Amy Eliacin, LCSW is currently in the office on Monday from 10am-8pm and Saturday from 9am-3pm.
